Framundan er starfsdagur 5. febrúar og nemenda- og foreldraviðtaladagur 6. febrúar nk. Námsmat nemenda verður í forgrunni í viðtölunum auk annarra þátta er varða þeirra skólagöngu. Umsjónarkennarar munu í flestum tilvikum bjóða upp á viðtöl báða dagana. Tímapantanir foreldra og forráðamanna fara eingöngu fram í Mentor (sjá nánari upplýsingar frá umsjónarkennurum). Opnað hefur verið fyrir viðtalspantanir í Mentor. Lengd hvers viðtals er áætluð 10-15 mínútur nema annað hafi verið ákveðið.
Við hvetjum ykkur að ræða einnig við aðra kennara en umsjónarkennara þessa daga. Vinsamlegast hafið þá samband við viðkomandi deildarstjóra (Guðrún Jóhannsdóttir yngri deild og Guðmundur Sigmarsson eldri deild). Nemendur og ferðanefnd í 10. árgangi verða með sölu á kaffi og bakkelsi í fjáröflunarskyni fyrir skólaferðina sína.
Vinsamlega kíkið á óskilamuni á göngum skólans. Uppsafnaðir slíkir munir verða að lokum gefnir til Rauða krossins.

Dear parents and guardians of students at Vallaskóli,
A staff day is coming up on February 5th, and a student-parent conference day will be held on February 6th. Student assessment will be the main focus of the conferences, along with other aspects related to their schooling. In most cases, homeroom teachers will offer conference slots on both days. Parents and guardians must book their appointments exclusively through Mentor (see further details from homeroom teachers). Mentor is now open for booking. Each conference is expected to last 10-15 minutes, unless otherwise arranged.
We also encourage you to speak with other teachers besides the homeroom teacher on these days. Please contact the appropriate department head for this (Guðrún Jóhannsdóttir for the lower grades and Guðmundur Sigmarsson for the upper grades). Students and the travel committee in 10th grade will be selling coffee and pastries to raise funds for their school trip.
Please take a moment to check the lost and found items in the school hallways. Unclaimed items will eventually be donated to the Red Cross.

Zbliza sie dzien szkoleniowy dla pracowników, który odbedzie sie 5 lutego, a 6 lutego odbedzie sie dzien spotkan uczniów z rodzicami. Glównym tematem rozmów bedzie ocena postepów uczniów, a takze inne kwestie zwiazane z ich nauka w szkole. W wiekszosci przypadków wychowawcy beda dostepni na spotkania w oba dni. Rodzice i opiekunowie musza rezerwowac terminy wylacznie przez system Mentor (szczególowe informacje przekaza wychowawcy). Mentor jest juz otwarty na rezerwacje. Kazde spotkanie potrwa okolo 10-15 minut, chyba ze ustalono inaczej.
Zachecamy równiez do rozmów z innymi nauczycielami niz tylko z wychowawca. W takim przypadku prosimy o kontakt z odpowiednim kierownikiem dzialu (Guðrún Jóhannsdóttir – mlodsze klasy, Guðmundur Sigmarsson – starsze klasy). Uczniowie oraz komitet wyjazdowy z 10. klasy beda sprzedawac kawe i wypieki, aby zebrac fundusze na swoja wycieczke szkolna.
Prosimy o sprawdzenie rzeczy znalezionych znajdujacych sie na korytarzach szkoly. Rzeczy nieodebrane zostana w pózniejszym czasie przekazane Czerwonemu Krzyzowi.
